You know how Tropius and Bibarel are great HM Slaves? But one Pokémon beats them both... Mew. That's right. Also, this is what my mind feels like.

I don't see anything but stripes in that image.
I really don't see the point of HM slaves if you avoid use of flash/defog/whirlpool until you beat the E4 that only leaves one or two HM moves a peice and if you don't use TM's which I don't cause they are too awesome to use until gen 5 (which didn't require consistent use of HMs throughout). The campaign is easy as hell so you don't need coverage anyways.
Arceus is another Pokémon which beats them both. Arceus and Mew are the only Pokémon which can learn all HMs.

Well, that assumes you want to avoid getting cool stuff which you can sometimes do with Cut, or you just want to avoid inconveniencing yourself as you would ignoring Flash & Defog, which I--for one--don't.
Empoleon ftw. Learns everything except Fly. Same with Lombre iirc.
Your mind is stripes?
@Syxx; No. My mind feels like as if the game froze at times. But only the freeze screen from Gen I.
No. My mind feels like as if the game froze at times. Really? That only happens to me when I eat ice cream.
I started HeartGold while the Mew event was ending, and I totally used the Mew as an HM slave!
