My Username - Intended Pronunciation

I intended it to be pronounced like the word crushin'.

To those who thought it would be pronounced like SEE-RUSHIN, that would have never crossed my mind.

Shinobu, I feel like an idiot for never actually considering the Cyrillic с and the s sound it makes. You get 200 awesome points. :) I totally should have claimed that the R made the Я (ya) sound. XD

Thank you for those who participated in this strange blog event. I just wanted to see how many of you thought the same way I did.

    So, if it was pronounced like a Russian word, it'd be sya-ssian?

    Да. Yes.

    However, there is no s or i looking character in Russian. There is a character that looks like a reversed N, which makes the ih or ee sound.

    :'D it's a dream come true, haha. I'm surprised I guessed it right, I was just guessing it might be a play on that word '^__^
