Hey, I've never actually talked to you but I know what's up. I have suicidal episodes, too. During these episodes, I truly want to die, but I never manage to think of a plan to off myself that's quick and painless, fortunately. There's this survival instinct that always manages to second-guess me. I may feel hopeless and completely horrible in every way, but every time I recover from one of these episodes, I'm glad I didn't succumb to those thoughts.

They way it appears to me, this sounds like your first episode. If you've developed a serious mental problem like I have, there will be more. I'm telling you now that you mustn't let yourself give in to whatever you may be thinking. You have to remember that it's just a passing feeling, and it will go away. You have to second-guess yourself every time you have a suicidal thought like I do. Try to believe that you won't be suicidal for ever.

You're very brave to get through these feelings :) I suffer from depression, and right now I'm coping well, but I have been at the point where I've wanted to stab myself in the stomach. I've wanted to die, just get it over with. You need to stay strong and tell yourself that your better than these thoughts, you're in control of yourself, not these suicidal and depressive thoughts. You'll always have our help, hope and love here, some of us may have never talked to you, but that doesn't mean we don't care about you or that we want to help or listen to you.

Thanks. Don't worry about worrying us! It's good that you told someone what you were thinking. I know the feeling. We're just so glad you're alright and still with us! We'll be there for ya till the end. Ra, I'm tearing up now.

Many people here have either thought about suicide before and/or, like me, lost friends or loved ones to suicide. No one wants to see another person take their own life, which is naturally why people freaked out earlier. Now you know that you have people who can help you both on the internet and in real life.

I know I'm not saying much, but that's rather nice to hear. I'm glad we benefitted you in some way.

Glad you're feeling better. I know what it's like to be really depressed. Don't bottle things up and you should be fine.
