Today just got 1000x worse... I was just informed that I am going to get kicked out of my dad's house... I guess it isn't so bad because I fear him, but it was a lot to take in.

The sad part is the reasoning behind it. He is kicking me out because of my laziness, which was caused by the fact that he always points out my flaws and I can't do anything right for him. I don't do anything because I don't want to disappoint him... When he's upset, he yells, and I cry 99% of the time. ><

All I can say now is "fuck my life."

I hope you can find somewhere to live...

But take it this way, you're free from him to live where and how you want finance permitting. He shouldn't be able to kick you out without some aid to find somewhere to live, but at least now you can be Zima. Not fearful-hiding-zima. Zima.

This may be a blessing in disguise. He sounds like an arse XD [No offense I hope..]

Well, your father sounds harsh. At least, let's hope that he will try to help you out with the new residence. This way, it will be a bit less painful.
Thing is, you have to think the bright sides of it. Like, say, you won't have to live under the kind of pressure you describe.

Just try to be calm. Everything will figure out by itself. *try to contact people with similar experiences, it may help you*

I feel you. My lame father wanted to kick me out quite a few times. The only reason I still live here is that the house is actually owned by my mother and she apparently doesn't want me to leave. I don't know what I would do in your place, knowing myself I would probably try something very stupid.

Anyway, I wish you good luck finding a new place to live! Perhaps you could ask any friend or relative to live for a brief time in their house, until you can rent a place for yourself? I agree with ZexMachine, try to look at the bright side of leaving your dad's house, there is always a bright side.

If he wants you to be useful why not start with giving you something to actually do? Sounds harsh, but hopefully he gives you a chance and maybe it was just his anger that time. Like others said, you could always look for the bright side.

I don't know what to say in these situations. I just hope your father at least doesn't just expect you to immediately find a new place and settle instantly. These things take preparation.

    Best of luck.
