SO!! The story begins in the morning. It was the big day of The Kuroko no Basket - Generation of Miracles Only Event.

But there was a slight problem.

A MARATHON was being held right in front of our apartment and all the way around the whole town that roads were blocked and buses had to make a detour.

That took some time from me - but anyways, the event was going to start at noon so I still had time left.


However...

When I arrived at the event hall at 11:30 AM the line outside was SO LONG, that I couldn't even see the entrance. o_O As a result, it took nearly an hour for me to get inside after the event started. I finally got my ticket at 1:00 PM ;_;

(there are no reservations for entry fees.)


And when I got inside...

IT WAS CHAOS.

More than 3000 people had participated in this event and I was nearly shocked.

I had to literally squeeze my way through to get the goods I wanted.

All I could think was "AOMINE!!" once I entered the hall, so I quickly scanned the goods that were for sale.

Since Pokemon Black2/White2 is going to be released a few days later, I couldn't spend too much money here - so I needed to calculate my purchase wisely.

So of course, expensive goods were merely a pie in the sky.

These are what you get for free when you buy an entrance ticket. A pamphlet with a bingo book, and a blue bag. I really loved the bag because they only had their logo on it and no pictures, which would make it easier to carry back home when taking public transportation. While I can openly state that I am an otaku... I'm not all that courageous to carry anime stuff in public XDD;;

Anyways, the bingo book was also part of the event. I nearly had two straight bingos and was close to getting a prize - but someone else was lucky ;_; Ah well. Prizes for getting bingos were a lobster doll, lucky pencils, a huge bag of cereal roll, a chinese chess (shogi) set, a diary, bottles of mineral water, and a basketball. Each one of them represents the seven members of the Generation of Miracles XDD

The words on the logo are chinese characters that stand for "100 fights - 100 wins". So basically, "The Ultimate Winner"

These aren't just posters - they are actual life-sized banners that are put on auction. The auction takes place at the very end of the event, and there is a limit. You can't just call out that you'd pay a million dollars - each banner had a limit of being approximately $250. The auction started from $1.

The girl with pink hair (Momoi) was sold at $110 or so. The rest of the guys were all sold at $250 - and there were so many people who were willing to pay for it that they ended up doing rock-scissors-paper to decide the winner.

In the case of Aomine, the moment the auction started from $1 somebody immediately yelled 250$ and the auction was over within 3 seconds. Pretty scary.

My purchases. Not much, but I'm genuinely happy with what I bought. The content was good and I loved it.
