I've seen people who forget/don't know some of the pokemon's types and use ineffective moves. Surprisingly common; Froslass O.o
I've seen someone's Genesect use Self-Destruct against my Froslass. Of course, poor Genesect.
There were also trainers that tried to Mach Punch/Extreme Speed her, only to fail.
Once, I had her up against a Mega Kangaskhan, and they tried to use Fake Out. Nice try.
Most memorable moment was when someone attempted
...and when I finally got a shiny Carvanha after days of breeding, it had to hatch with Rough Skin.
I even went through the trouble of getting an IV bred Magikarp as the father so I could use the hatchling in battles.
I guess it would just sit as a trophy in the box...
I've only heard bits of what IVs were, and I just thought it was something like a bonus stat and not required.
But I sure realized how important that was.
I have a Froslass and a Greninja.
Both have Speed enhancing natures.
Both have max EVs devoted to speed.
Froslass has a perfect speed IV. Greninja doesn't.
In an online battle (doubles), Greninja was slower than Froslass. In case you're wondering, no speed-related items or priority
Last I checked, they got through the Safari Zone and got Surf O.O
I don't want to know how on earth they did that.
One of the features I hate about RPGs (and perhaps other similar games) is being unable to save when I need to.
1. Save points should be in every village. I mean, it's only logical! People rarely turn off their games in the middle of a dungeon quest, so why can't I just simply save after reaching a town?
2. Save points should be at every dungeon entrance. Once I died in a dungeon and I had to start over from the last save point - which happened to be two villages away AND
