This topic has really interested me for a long time since the world of fan art. We all know that posting ecchi/hentai pics of underaged girls (ex: the Pokegirls) is labeled as child porn, even if they're harmless or made older, and anyone who gets a hand of it is taken to custody. There are even people who take this too far by reporting artists who posts pics of panty shots, when there's practically no harm in it. But doesn't this go against 1st Amendment rule in terms of Freedom of Expression. People could draw whatever they want to please themselves, plus I heard that these pics keep molesters from actually having sex with kids by staying at their homes. Plus, there are adult women who look like little girls, and it's one of the main flaws of these type of rules. This pretty much shows how flawed the U.S.'s constitution is when it comes to these type of topics.

Actually in the US I think the drawings are legal, but it's photos that are illegal. Drawings are illegal in some other countries.

Are you sure such drawings are illegal? I know they're socially unacceptable but I've never heard of them being illegal.

They became illegal in Japan not too long ago, and according to Dawn~Berlitz, it's becoming illegal in the U.S. as well.

Well, since when has the US used the constitution for anything other than bragging rights?
