I'm having some trouble on MSN. Whenever any of my contacts sends me a message, the program lags for around 2 minutes, and I couldn't do anything on my FireFox until those minutes are up. My father advised me to turn off the computer, unplug the cable that connects the internet for 20 seconds before plugging it back in to restart. I've tried it, and it still didn't work.
