I actually plan on EV training my team early in my Black game (something I know how to but only did it late in Platinum). So my question for all you non-noobs out there is how long does it usually take you guys? And is it with or without the use of EV enhancing items/Pokerus.

Whenever I start a new game in Pokemon, I always aim to evolve my Pokemon as fast as I can. And it makes sense, the faster you evolve them, the stronger they become earlier in the game, giving them the ability to kick most NPC's asses in that area. The only downside is that I rarely wait for them to learn moves that they could only learn in a pre-evolved state because I was afraid that their stats would be less than that if I evolved them earlier. So I finally decided to make a blog after 9 years since I first discovered the internet. I never did because I thought it was just a less known version of tweetting, but after examing some of the bloggers here in Bulb Forums it seemed like it might be fun to me to interact.
