Other Anime Background Music I Like

Ok, so I'm sure many of you are aware of my vast knowledge about the original Pocket Monsters BGM, given how many topics I've started or contributed to on the subject. But in truth, PM is not the only BGM I like. I've also taken a strong liking to a lot of Japanese BGM from other Anime as well.
The following is a list of Anime that I have watched in the past, and OSTs I have taken a strong liking to. I'll start out with the major Anime first.
Sailor Moon
Original music has been composed for all five series in the Sailor Moon saga, and they're all good IMO. Many of the tracks are event specific, such as the transformations sequences.
One Piece
I love this soundtrack as well. It's very unique, and the composer uses a style like none I've ever heard before. Definitely get a hold of this one if you can
Naruto
The music for this series is strong and powerful in its meaning. But then again, so is the series itself, so I guess it makes sense.
Now for the less well known Anime series.
Hoshi no Kaabii
I'm not big on the series itself, but I just love the music... especially the track used whenever Kirby inhales to gain a special ability.
Prince of Tennis
Yet another soundtrack I really like.
Hikaru No Go
Yet another series with a very strong variety of music.
Whistle!
One of my all time favorite Anime. And the soundtrack is likewise one of my all time favorites as well.
(Side note: Did you know that my current username is actually the character from this series?)
Machine Robo Rescue
Another soundtrack I really like. It's very upbeat and has a feel good attitude to it.
Blue Dragon
Another series with really good music. This Anime only started about two years ago, so I haven't really gotten hold of any of the music... though I'm sure it's been released already.
Suteki Tantei Labyrinth
Despite this series only having 25 episodes, I've developed a strong liking to the soundtrack. I especially like the opening theme, Monochrome.
So I would definitely get a hold of these soundtracks if you get the chance. Though I do recommend watching a few episodes of their respective series before doing so. Sometimes, BGM doesn't sound quite as good if you don't have a context to fit it with.
That said, If you have any questions or would just like to share your thoughts, feel free to PM me, send me a Visitor's Message, or just comment on this entry.
