I've been unimpressed with the last few generations. Maybe I'll buy it when my current iPod's battery wears down.

Hopefully it's good enough to justify that stupid design patent lawsuit.

    Apple's "stupid design patent lawsuit[s]" are the primary reason I won't be buying Apple anymore.
