I never played the original Red, Blue and Green (or yellow) and it's because I never really had many hands on the original consoles (the advance). Needless to say, my first Pokemon gen was 5th as stated on Twitter.

Except... in English.

    You aren't missing much by not playing RBY. XD If you do wanna try Kanto games (if you haven't already), you'd be better off with FRLG anyway.
