It looks like a Loftwing from Skyward Sword kindof.

My first thought was Articuno, but it doesn't have cheek tufts.

My first thought, too... Then I thought Staraptor, but it doesn't have them either.

None of the birds seem to.

It looks like something from Elebits

It isn't fake, its a legit Pokemon from a new APP. But due to several odd features the Pokemon cannot be identified with any other flying type.

What's an APP?

I thought it was Archeops tbh. Although the more I look at it some stuff doesn't match up with its artwork. It does look a little like Articuno too... barring the wing-hands.

I don't think it's a new pokemon. Just awkward posing or something. If it was new I think they'd have hyped it up.

Looks like a Pidgeot from behind, but there's no giant tail feathers. I could also be a Fearow from behind.

It's probably Ho-Oh from behind. Ho-oh does have the hair puff and the same style of wing.

All I can get from this is that the Pokemon isn't facing us. We're looking at it from behind.

True, I also lean towards it being badly distorted, but it just looks so odd. Maybe a new forme?

If we are looking at it from behind then it might be Articuno I think, though those stumps on the wings that look similar to Archeop's claws look interesting.
