Tonight. About five minutes ago. I caught my 150th Pokemon according to the Pokedex. It was a Slowpoke I found while treasure hunting in Slowpoke Well for that King's Rock. Upon achieving this feat, I did the insane thing. I let all the Kanto Pokemon go. That's right, my boxes now in Crystal contain only the two Shinies I've found (the obligatory Gyarados and a pink Ratatta) and Johto Pokemon only. With the capture of a Mantine during my lunch, my Pokedex entries now sit pretty at 140. I'm just 10 away now from unlocking the ability to transfer Pokemon via Stadium 2! Once that happens, I'll be breeding Pokemon specifically for the one Stadium 2 Cup I have yet to complete: The Little Cup. However, Crystal is proving to be rather stange with the addition of several new egg moves. I'm curious as to how well Phanpy would handle itself knowing Water Gun, but at the same time ...

So now I'm officially facing Pryce for the first time in the main game. ...
It just dawned on me looking at how many Pokemon I have to transfer over (once I unlock the ability to do so in Pokemon Stadium 2) that there's only three families that I really need to trade for in Crystal. Girafarig, the Remoraid family, and the Mareep family. The original plan was to restore all three games and trade back and forth between them, with Crystal being the main training and breeding game for however long the battery would last. Since then, I've made several alterations ...

Well, it took me a few days, but I’m not at the oddest part in this Pokemon Journey through Johto. I’m sitting here in Goldenrod with Whitney’s Gym battle looming over me like a dark rain cloud. I was lucky enough to get a Smoochum from the Odd Egg the Day Care Man gave me, and I’ve pretty much cleaned out what I could as far as shopping goes. Carrie, the Mystery Gift girl, gave me an X Accuracy while she got a Pokemon Doll for her room. She gets all the luck. Oh well, ...
