It was a few weeks ago that I briefly learnt about the "Super Volcano" beneath Yellowstone Park during a Science lesson. I was pretty psyched when I heard that it erupted every 65,000 years...and it's been 65,000 years since its last eruption. Boy, I'm glad I live in the UK; it will apparently cover half of the WHOLE OF NORTH FREAKIN' AMERICA!
I'm telling you guys, it's part of 2012 Mayan Doomsday!

Just recently my band auditioned for a small rock concert, though we didn't have a singer and none of us could sing. There was another band composed of our friends, and they had a singer, a lead guitarist, a rhythm guitarist and a drummer whereas we had a drummer, a guitarist and a bassist (me). We didn't pass the audition but the other band did. Life goes on, right?

"I was...with a friend--"
"FRIEND?!...SINCE WHEN HAVE YOU BEEN ALLOWED A FRIEND, BOY?!"
Everyone broke into fits of laughter and I couldn't take the rest of the lesson seriously. In a
Boo. First blog entry =P
Did I ever mention how much I hate drummers? Yeah, but it's worse when a guitarist gets behind the kit. They just don't shut up! I'm probably the quietest part of the band; I mean, you can't really hear a bass guitar even without the other three playing at full blast. I once heard a drum teacher say that if a drummer could play quietly but with the same energy then they were really good. I told my drummer but he thinks it's bullsh*t. Which is weird since he
