When I was going out to eat dinner, I found some of the lights along the way were out. In fact, scratch that, most of the lights. Then when we reach the place, the power goes out. Thn the blackout spread. It was probably about an hour long but it was pretty widespread (about 10 km upcountry) so I'm not surprised if there are more than some complaints. Though I smirked a bit at the moviegoers at the mall across the street.
