Rotating a team of 13

Started another anime run. My Johto team consisted of Pikachu, Cyndaquil, Croconaw, Noctowl, Jumpluff, Dunsparce, Chikorita, Electabuzz (Elekid until after the League) Forretress, Yanmega, Espeon, Heracross, Mamoswine (it was a Piloswine in Johto), Larvitar and Scizor. My Sinnoh team so far consists of Pikachu, Piplup (soon to be Prinplup), Roserade, Chimchar, Grotle, Honchkrow, Gabite, Gallade, Rotom, Gastrodon, Dusknoir, Skorupi, and Stunky (soon to be Skuntank.) I'm about to battle Volkner.
Yeah, a team of 13/14 is really hard to maintain. But it's pretty fun so far, and even though almost all of them are pretty underleveled, we manage pretty well. The extra challenge just makes the extra friends feel even more deserved. I had to make sure that all Pokemon got to battle in at least two Gyms. Piloswine only battled Claire since it was caught before her Gym, so I used it against Candice and let it evolve into Mamoswine. The Larvitar I caught in Mount Silver will be used against Volkner so it can finally have a Gym battle.
My Kanto team should have about 13 more members. The Unova team should have 16+ I suggest not repeating types too much, to help keep you from relying on one of them. And I try to us the unevolved Pokemon as much as I can, because I end up relying a lot on the evolved Pokemon later on.
