Contrary

My friend was showing me some old yearbook photos from my earliest high school years.

Oh my God. If you thought I was annoying now (and you all do), you should have seen me in grade 9. Not only would I never shut up, but I was really clingy and weird with people. Even more than now. I was the kid nobody liked, but they all at least tried to be nice to. Even more than now. I would emotionally bully people and act like a spoiled, privileged brat.

All my pictures are extremely dorky. My hair was greasy, my smiled was lopsided, my glasses weren't on straight and made my face look wonkier than normal, and my uniform was wrinkled.

Gah, glad that time in my life is over. I'm glad I grew up to be a marginally less horrific person.
