I actually have a couple of these written out, but I couldn't post it during the weekend.

Looks: Welp. Villain in a snuggie with eyes, that's a unique touch. What the fuck is that thing on his right eye? An eyepatch? D-Scanner? Laser eye?
Personality: What's not to like? Child abuse isn't cool But Ghetsis is a cool guy for fucking N's head up so much. He's a crazy, abusive, warped man, and that's why I love him. Or rather, the crazy, abusive, warped man the fandom often portays him as. You can find so many comics or fanart of him doing insane or random things, abusing N for lulz, and just him being fucked up. Ghetsis's unhinged personality makes him my favorite villainous team leader.
Skill:
Anyone who read my first Black playthrough saw how I handled him. And you'll probably see me do it again in my next playthrough.
Other: This entry would have been up a lot sooner if I found the right picture for Ghetsis.

Looks: OMGBISHISPARKLE HE KNEADS TEH GLOMPZ! *_)!( All joking aside, N doesn't really look like a villainous team leader. He makes a unique-looking character, and it's a design I like. But he's not intimidating enough to be a leader. No wonder Ghetsis was able to push him around so easily: he still has his mommy dress him.
Personality: I can see why he has many fans. He seems like a mysterious and cool bishie with a love of animals. But I can only see him as a bratty, childsih stalker not unlike Sheldon from Big Bang Theory, albeit less annoying. To me, he's not charming, mysterious, or cool. He's just a regular basement-dwelling neckbeard who I would want to avoid if I met IRL.
Skill: Since he always uses Pokemon originating from the local area, odds are you'll have already encountered his team and found a way to beat him. (Aside from his first and last battle - the first battle features a Pokemon you haven't seen in-game yet.) So you can pretty much just kick his ass all the time and watch him throw temper tantrums.
Other: Yes, whether N counts as a villainous leader is debatable. I personally think he counts.
