I feel bad for it - such a weak pokemon, only useful for breeding.

Heart Gold strikes me as a Hitchhiker's Guide reference. Could be a coincidence, though.

HG/SS... Hard Gay/Nazi slash? I can't get over a pokemon game being abbreviated HG.

(Would still have vastly preferred, umm, anything else. Will still play it, in all likelihood.)

Just beat Darach the second time, sweeping with Salamence. Who also got me through the hall. Tower I used Gliscor/Articuno/Staraptor, beating Palmer with Mind reader/sheer cold, while arcade I won with... don't remember. Think it was Zapdos/Articuno/Dragonite.

...all that's left is the factory, and I don't know if I'll ever get it. If I wanna kick ass with my own pokemon, its on to PBR for me!

(Or, y'know, battling other people. And there's always double battles. ...

Even with master balls, trying to get a pokemon which runs around(in this case, Articuno) with the right nature(Timid, Bold, or Calm - preferably Timid) can be really, REALLY annoying.

Also, the battle frontier is awesome.
