On this other forum I go to, there's this monthly challenge thing where you can submit your writing works based on that month's theme. For the month of March, it was "An Unforgettable Dream!" and this is what I managed to come up with.

I don't really know where I went with this one, but it's nice to finally be able to express myself in this way again, and to get back into the spirit of writing - it's just been so long (a year or so) that I'm just glad to be able to write again. On another note, this is actually really short compared to what I would normally write (and what I would normally settle for/be content with), but I guess it's the words that are left unsaid that build up the most tension. I personally think I could've done a bit more with the description/detail, as well... If I do think of anything to add, I'll probably just edit it in later on.

Also, I know how some would probably interpret the theme as dreams like daydreams or the kind you experience when you're asleep, but I kinda decided to choose a different perspective on this one.

I'm still debating whether or not to post this in the Writer's Workshop, nevertheless, I hope you can appreciate what I've written! ^_^ Comments and criticism are always welcome!
