What a day.

Today was a complete riot. The first significant thing happened during my 5th period Anatomy class. A student was wiggling on her stool, resulting in loud creaking. This led to the following:

Teacher: Who's making that noise?

Girl: Oh, that's me.

Teacher: Please stop it. I'm sure you hear that more than enough at night.

Whole class except me and the girl: OOOOHHHHHHHHH!

Random boy: BURN!

Girl: *completely silent, mouth hanging open*

Teacher: Close your mouth before one of these boys decided to give you what you're asking for.

Class: OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Random Boy: DOUBLE BURN!

Random girl: It's funny because she has a baby.

Me: Can we all please stop ragging on her and get back on topic? If you had a baby now, it wouldn't be funny at all.

Then, a freshman girl was running her mouth to a senior. The girl had a wonderful vernacular, but couldn't back up her words. She got a thorough beating, and had to be sent to the hospital. Had it not been for intervention by administrators and an attempt to break them up by me, she would've been put in a coma, or worse.

Later on, during dismissal, another fight broke out between a freshman and a junior. The freshman ended up getting picked up by her weave and slammed against the side of a bus. I made an attempt to help stop it, but the girl doing the beating had a friend who took it upon herself to try and fight me, so my friend had to help the cops break it up. As for myself, I don't fight on school grounds, no matter what, so I just evaded the girl. I still ended up with a nasty bump on the head from her swinging her heavy bookbag. Thankfully, I passed the concussion test, so I'll be okay.

Wow, you seem to lead quite the chivalrous and eventful life there. Yesterday you saved a handicapped person and now you saved a girl from being put in a coma and received a nasty bump on your head from breaking up a fight on the same day o.o

(btw I highly doubt that that exchange between the teacher and the girl really happened. It just seems like such an extreme thing for a teacher to say. That's just what I think at least. I'm just a skeptical person or something.)

@OverlordRuby; Youngstown and Loveland are 4 hours and 42 minutes away, and 264.5 mile trip via I-71 North.
@GatoRage; Whether you believe or not is your business, no offense. What happened happened, and that's all there is to it. Teachers and students have a mutual disrespect of one another, and are heathens.
@Hypersonic; This'd be East High School, a ghetto school that was my only option since I was denied by Youngstown Early College. Frankly, the entire Youngstown school system is like this.

I see. Well, I hope for your sake that you don't end up venturing anywhere near Youngstown. Crime and death rate is high here.

Sheesh, your school sounds like it comes right out of a movie! O__o Best of luck, hang in there, and I hope you can graduate with honors and attend a great university someday, you seem like a very mature, smart, and honorable individual, so I'm sure you will. I knew there were some bad public schools out there, but none of the schools around my hometown were anything like this :/

That is almost unbelievable. That teacher's comments were disgustingly unprofessional, and not to mention sexist. I hope they get what they're asking for, and soon. Have you considered reporting them for it?

Considered? I did. Unfortunately, as a student, my word doesn't count for much.
