Dr. Nefarious from the Ratchet & Clank series is... well, nefarious. His plot in Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time is to recreate history using The Great Clock so that he may allow every villain in the past to have triumphed over their respective heroes.

Hama is from Avatar: the Last Airbender, and it's not so much that I wanted Hama to succeed in capturing Team Avatar. It's that Toph could have freed them all using Metalbending anyway and then Hama could have escaped to bloodbend another day. I liked Hama as a villain and wanted her to be in more than one episode. I was hoping that she would somehow show up again, and by succeeding in her episode, she would be free to antagonize the group later on.

Azula, from Avatar: the Last Airbender, managed to take over the Earth Kingdom capital, Ba Sing Se, as well as save the Fire Nation from the fateful invasion during the Day of Black Sun. She, however, met her demise after the betrayal by her two closest (and only) friends whom she kept loyal to her through fear. She succumbed to paranoia due to this, leading her to banish many of her subjects for little reason as well as lose her title of Fire Lord, which only lasted a few days and she had never been officially crowned due to the intervention of Zuko and Katara.

I used to find this guy so hilarious... now I just find him alright ^^; Dr. Doofenshmirtz is from Phineas and Ferb and is always coming up with new "-inators" in order to take over the Tri-State Area.

I think he's pretty self-explanatory.

The Maenads from Final Fantasy IV: The After Years were really evil... they're aliens from a different planet, essentially, and their powers are pretty much unbeatable until late in the game. They can summon just like Rydia, one of the main characters, and look just like her too. The only thing is that they achieve this through mind control... which is a pretty mean thing to do. The only one of this race that I like is the little girl that Rydia cares for as her own at the end, which is pretty cute. These Maenads serve "The Creator" who believes that the humans are evolutionary failures and must be wiped out... so I pretty much hate these guys.

Day 15: For once, I just wanted the hero to smite him/her(villain).

Day 16: This villain was pure evil.

Day 17: This villain probably spends his/her free time surrounded by cute little kittens.

Day 19: This villain had the best wardrobe ever!

Day 22: The world/realm/… would be a heck of a lot safer if this villain would just get laid.

Master Xehanort's from Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep and I love him as a villain because he's so powerful and knowledgeable... I can't wait to see more of his resurrection throughout the rest of Kingdom Hearts.
