Happy Belated 1st Anniversary for B/W's US release!

Happy (Late) 1st Anniversary of the US release of B/W! So I present to you my in-game team:

That day, that fateful Sunday of March 2011 was unlike any other I've ever experienced for when I got a new game. The breath of a new Generation was upon me, and I chose to wait til I got back home before I started playing. Watching that EPIC opening cutscene the first time showed of more professional work was put into B/W than there was for D/P. Everything I saw graphically took advantage of what the DS was capable of, even with the game having been released in the beginning age of the 3DS. As soon as I started playing, I knew right away who my starter would be: Poor underrated Tepig. At first Tepig was hyped over because everyone, including me, expected a Fire/Dark, quadrupedal Boar of some kind. What we got was actually the best part that sold B/W for me, revealing the first final stage fire starter design I loved instantly since Blaziken and Charizard before it. It's name was Emboar, which caused everyone to suddenly hate Tepig while I ****ing worshiped the damn thing. At first Fire/Fighting seemed odd, but when you considered how well Fire/Fighting is offensively (Many OU Pokemon are weak to the combination), then you see why Fire Starters dominate the in-game teams in terms of offensive power, even though for once, the slow and bulky approach was used for Emboar. That didn't hinder me at all, and this special Neutral nature Tepig that I would worship as Ganon came to be my most powerful Fire Starter I had ever owned. Sure, the middle stage is kind of meh, but it fills in the evolutionary gaps as Middle Stage Starters tend to ALWAYS look meh compared to the Basic and Final stages. Prior to B/W, I was in a video game slump that lasted for 2 years until White Version changed everything. For once, I couldn't set the DS down for 10 hours straight, and because of that, caught my entire team all in one day with my starter already final stage by the end of the day. Even though I had the benefit of sleeping in that Monday because of the OGTs I didn't have to take, I ended up waking up at around 6 and played White Version til I had to go to school. What did I do in my free time while I wasn't doing any chores/school work? White Version. All of my free time was devoted to White Version for three days and three nights, til the record breaking time of beating Alder within that time frame was mine. Everyone else I knew either didn't have B/W or was only halfway of where I was already at the end of Day 3. I was surprised I even managed to beat Alder with Ganon being the highest at Level 55. Let me tell you, Marshall was OVERKILL when I faced him, but Alder was a cake walk until Apollo the Atlas Moth showed up. The moth of epicness that moth was, as never before have I seen a ****ing Bug type as a Champion's Ace, as it was without a doubt the strongest Bug Type to ever exist. Dennis is a pushover compared to Volcarona, as it's not only trollsped by it by it's VAPORIZED by it's Stab Fire Blast in one shot. In fact, if Stealth Rock didn't exist, I can imagine Volcarona sitting in it's throne in the Uber Metagame like the god moth it is. The experience of B/W was unbelievably epic beyond what I normally expect out of Pokemon at the time. Will White Version 2 repeat the experience White Version had accomplished? Nobody knows for sure, but I will LOVE to go through all of Unova again since I spent too little time actually enjoying the experience as I rushed all the way through the game to get my hands on that BEAST that is Zekrom. White Version also made me lucky with Natures and Abilities with my team. My Emboar, Unfezant, and Galvantula had neutral natures, the latter two had Super Luck and Compoundeyes, my Krookodile had an Attack+ Nature with freaking Moxie, my Stoutland had Sand Rush, and my Zekrom had an Adamant Nature. A FREAKING ADAMANT NATURE. Of all the sheer luck I had to get Zekrom with that nature, as that was like the best nature to give it if you wanted to nuke Kyogre to kingdom come.

Too true. The Tepig line needs more love.
