Back in 2010, during Pac-man's 30th Anniversary, we got a glimpse at what is Namco's attempt at Pac-man's redesign. Before this survey, Type A was used as the basis of the redesign, in which it is seen in the Pac-man CG animation trailer and Pac-man Party for the Wii. However, now Namco wants the fans help! You vote through Facebook, by the way.

So what do I like? Honestly, I love all these redesigns. Perhaps A a little less, but only because I seen it a tad more often. However, A manages to make the ghosts a bit scarier with their yellow sclera. I love how B hearkens back to the old days with a classic-styled Pac-man, and I do appreciate that they kept the ghosts' redesigns, because this is something I love about the new redesigns. C is lovely for its cartoony quality with an edgy style, and would fit best in a cartoon. For D, I just love how original it looks, and how menacing the ghosts look, although I fear that they will lean too much on the villainy side.

I do love to see how Clyde looks like in the varying styles, though... (If you don't know how Clyde is like, he is basically the biggest and silly-looking one)
