  1. Move Tutor Rating for Generation 5 Pokémon (Part 2)

    by , 20th July 2012 at 01:53 AM (winstein's Blogs)
Continuing on to the second part, we take a look at more Generation 5 Pokémon. Before moving on, I shall repeat the disclaimer.

The ratings are based on opinion, meaning that whatever additions I find useful may not apply to what others may find useful, although the guesses are generally accurate. Also, the ratings do not reflect a Pokémon’s usefulness, so a high rating doesn’t mean that the Pokémon is highly effective. Likewise, a low rating does not mean the Pokémon is useless ...

  2. Move Tutor Rating for Generation 5 Pokémon (Part 1)

Since the beginning of Black 2 and White 2, I wanted to rate how well each Unova Pokémon benefit from Move Tutors, considering how they didn't have access to them, not to mention their rather sparse movepools compared to those of the previous Generations, which is obviously true because they had move tutors. I am sure before Platinum or even Emerald, their movepools weren't as diverse. This will be done in three parts.

  3. Second Bulbaversary

Back in those days, BW was not released yet, and I joined during the hype that is Generation 5. I was surprised and excited to learn that Generation 5 exists, so I joined to join the fun. The other reason I joined is to comment on Bikini Miltank ...

Recently, I had a meeting with the Pokemon Elite 2000 editors after the election of new editors (I am one of the new editors). One of the ideas brought up is to promote the Pokemon fandom in a similar fashion as Equestria Daily (HKim brought this up because he's a Pony fan), in which instead of the segregation among fansites having their own brand of content and not sharing it, we want to promote the best found among the fans.

One of the cool things I thought on Bulbagarden is Caption ...
  5. Awesome Super Mario 64 Japanese Guidebook Artwork

    by , 19th June 2012 at 10:58 AM (winstein's Blogs)
I checked tumblr for a while, because I like what a certain user posted. While there, I came across this post about the interesting artwork for Super Mario 64, which is from a guidebook. Basically, they are pictures of levels, but the twist is that they are real-life models instead of the 3D models like seen in Sonic R for example. They are very interesting, and I thought I should share this with you. Here's one:
