  1. Is Dog-(and Cat)-Grooming in a Fashionable Way Unethical?

    by , 10th April 2014 at 04:44 AM (winstein's Blogs)

When I was looking at a piece of news where dogs and cats were groomed in ways that make their fur resemble different things, I thought they looked interesting because it looks funny and sometimes brilliant, such as a cat with a Scooby-doo theme (for the irony), and a cat with a Cheetos theme on it. I was compelled to look at them because of the "Super Nintendog" entry that ...
  2. Drew a Picture Digitally

    by , 19th March 2014 at 09:07 AM (winstein's Blogs)
Here's a picture I recently finished. It's not the first time I drew digitally, but it is the first picture that I use GIMP to draw and is one I am most satisfied because it is quite close to how I wanted it to look when looking at how I draw normally. Here it is:

I used Gourgeist because it is my favourite Pokemon of Generation 6. Besides, I could use a new avatar, so it's essentially two birds eliminated ...

  3. Doraemon's First CGI Movie

    by , 10th February 2014 at 08:48 AM (winstein's Blogs)
When checking Wikipedia on Doraemon's films, partly to see what is the next annual film for the robot cat, it surprised me to find out that the next one (this year) is going to be CGI instead of the hand-drawn animation like the previous ones. (EDIT: My mistake, the annual movie is another 2D movie, this ...

  4. Made a Square Root of Minus Garfield Comic

    by , 10th January 2014 at 11:44 AM (winstein's Blogs)
Here is an edit I made from a Garfield comic:

    The original is: http://images.ucomics.com/comics/ga/1983/ga830101.gif

Anyway, Square Root of Minus Garfield is a very good webcomic, at least for me, because it has some intelligent stuff using Garfield as a vehicle to deliver ideas, which made me love Garfield again. Not every idea strikes, but the great ones are what I appreciate the most. Just so you know, even though it's ...
  5. Mega Evolution Candidates (Part 7) -- Generation 6 Pokémon

    by , 7th December 2013 at 06:18 AM (winstein's Blogs)
How are you, everyone? This is the final Mega Evolution Candidates article, and what's the subject today, you might ask? This time, we will be doing Generation 6 Pokémon. It was confirmed before the games were released that Generation 6 Pokémon are exempt from Mega Evolutions. Therefore, this article answers the question: "Why should Generation 6 Pokémon be left out of the Mega Evolution goodness?".

Since Generation 6 has less new Pokémon, today's list will be shorter ...
