With Gen V came some awesome Dream World abilities, and one of the best is probably Sheer Force. If a move has a secondary effect, Sheer Force boosts its power by 30% and takes away the second effect. You may think not having the second effect can be bad, but it has an awesome side effect. It removes Life Orb damage, while keeping the power boost.

1. Get a Life Orb and a Pokemon that has all attacking moves with secondary effects (list here.)

2. Give the Pokemon the Life Orb, and attack as much as you want without worrying about 10% damage every turn.
