I thought that I would write a blog about the current season. So, when I wake up at dawn, I look outside and I see that the leaves are now green, and everything is coming back to life. The air might be a little misty, and in some parts of the world you may even see the beautiful iris in bloom.

Today is my seventh Bulbaversary. I've seen people post about their Bulbaversaries for ages, but I always forget when mine rolls around. Well, this year I made it a point to remember.

So, here's what I'm NOT going to do. I am not going to do a bunch of mentions. I have met so many people here over the years, so I am bound to accidentally miss a few (or even a bunch). I know how it feels to be left out, and I wouldn't want to do that to anyone.

Here's what I AM going ...

Three Dog Night once sang that "one is the loneliest number," but I disagree. The number one is a happy number today. It is a number of days until Thursday. Seven day. SEVEN! THURSDAY! TODAY, ONE IS THE PATHWAY TO SEVEN! That's right, one will become seven.

It's the start of the "I just realized something" countdown.

What is it? Why, that's a surprise. Maybe some can figure it out.

The magic number? Why, it's seven. Yes, seven. That's the number that coincides with Thursday.
