Ok, so I got this crazy idea... I think I'm going to try out being a vegetarian for a while. A friend of mine suggested just sticking with seafood for protein and regardless whether I go full on vegetarian or not, I need to eat eggs. I honestly don't have much reason to do it, other than to help drop a few pounds, as well as encourage me to eat a little better as I've been noticing the types of food I've been eating lately haven't been the greatest choices.
Biggest thing I need to do is start planning out what I'm eating in advance (Ugh...) instead of just throwing something together with what is available. Will probably be a little bit of work but... I dunno.
I guess I'm just asking if anyone out there is a vegetarian or if you have some tips to help me out.
