When the SAT uses the United States national debt as an example of scientific notation, you know you have a problem.

True story - it happened last year when I took them.

    That's irrelevant. The point is that the issue has gotten so out of hand that the SAT uses it as a question.

    My SAT asked me to write an essay about if reality TV was bad for our culture. I am not shitting you.

    Actual it is since his location indicates Ottawa and if SAT's are only in America then it would be impossible to be used as a Scientific Notation question that he received if he was living in Canada at the time frame he claims to have received it.

    If you want to attend university in America, you'll need to take the SAT (or ACT, but SAT is better). However, I do not know his situation, or whether this was the case.

    I did not know that, I just thought Canada would have something similar that American colleges would look at.
