Good points:

- Unexpected Dragonite development, beginning of a new Iris/Dragonite subplot and an obstacle on Iris's path of becoming a Dragon Master.
- The Dragonite VS Krookodile battle - AWESOME!
- Krookodile finally learning a sweet new move.
- Ash using his brain in a battle against Trip.
- Dragonite going on rampage, I loved seeing that.
- Iris freaking out.
- Debut of Dragon Tail & Trip's Serperior looks badass.

Bad points:

- Trip is way too overpowered.

_________

Yeah, that's the only thing I disliked.

A single hit from Pignite was all it took for me to be happy by Pignite's performance, but no, they had to make Trip's win streak flawless. Ugh. At least Pignite has a lot of wins under his belt, so I didn't mind this one loss too much.

Regardless of that, it was a good episode.

And the next one will hopefully turn out even better with debut of Kotetsu, Pikachu VS Quilava, Alder crashing Trip and not to speak of the awesome animation. :D

I really dislike Trip to be honest. Though I guess that is the whole point of him.

I strongly dislike it when they have these stupidly weak Pokemon normally that in the anime are made out to be super powerful. For example, in The Clubsplosion begins, Sawk is shown to be extremely powerful completely destroying stuff. An example of this is Trip's Conkelldurr.

@Takaki; Sawk is probably Stephan's strongest Pokemon at the moment. I don't see how Sawk is portrayed being stupidly weak, I mean he only ever lost to Iris' Emolga, but managed to demolish Edmund's Seismitoad under Swift Swim, Bianca's Emboar, Cilan's Pansage, and Montgomery's Throh. He never battled Trip's Conkelldurr, Conkelldurr was defeated by Bianca's Emboar in a fairly unrealistic manner.

I mean Sawk is a terrible species of Pokemon yet in that episode is dipicted as amazingly good.

    @Takaki;

That's just how Pokémon anime does things. I mean, we're talking about an anime where a Pignite can beat two other fully evolved fire types by a single fire move. xD

@Takaki; YMMV, you shouldn't take game stats and competitive status into account when looking at the anime. I mean an Oshawott beat a Pansage and Excadrill beat a Dewott. Sawk isn't too bad competitively either.

Sawk in the anime goes around trashing stuff more than I've seen in some legendary movies.
