Miscellaneous Nonsense

I went yesterday to the capital of the US with my Sophomore class. We specifically went for the Holocaust museum but we got to do other things too.

The Holocaust museum was.... not all that exciting. The most interesting parts in my opinion were this movie about Hitler's rise to power and another movie about life as a Jew in hiding.

The Lincoln Memorial was really cool. But those steps were so steep and slick. ._.

I loved the fountain kind of near with the Lincoln Memorial with the columns that represented the states and teritories. I got a picture with Guam!

The highlight of my visit was the Natural History Museum. Unfortunately, we only got 45 minutes in there so I oculdn't fully explore it. ;_;

But overall I had a great time! Even if I did almost miss the bus on the way up there...
