Bulbagarden's an awesome place, with a rather nice lack of trolls. Honestly, the people here are great. And while I can't send Christmas Presents online (quantum computing...some day ), here's a Merry Christmas, to each and every Bulbagardener out there, from Thundagere!
Wha-a-at? I have to do one of these sometime!
1) It's a healthy way to collaborate.
I'm sounding totally not like myself right now, but it is. What with groups, friends, fan clubs, etc., you get to know people and learn to work with them.
2) It's educational.
People normally say stuff like Pokémon is stupid. But this forum is anything but. I mean, really! I've seen threads discussing the biology of Pokémon, containing items my junior high biology
Bulbagarden's sorta become my retreat lately, ya' know?
I mean, when everyone's being really nasty outside and I just have a bad day, I just come here because I know that there aren't a whole lot of active members like that here.
It's just something to think about. Bulbagarden's great in the sense that we have a lot of close knit people, many of whom are great folks. It's really awesome to know that someone'll be awesome to you whenever you come.
Just something to think about.
Well, life's going on. Summer's started over here, and weather's finally good :).
Anyhow, a friend of mine came out with this site. She's hoping to expand it, and I figured I'd help a bit? Does anyone have any opinions on it?
On another note, Gen V is awesome! My biggest in-game problem so far is picking which Pokémon to use (thank you Scramble Challenge Thread!).
OK. THundagere out.
WOOT!!! After being in Bulbagarden for just over a year, I have 1000 posts!
OK, that took a while. But still.
