I just decided that, damn it all, I was going to make myself a Hydreigon. Bred three eggs. Third one was Timid, with an IV of about 29-30 in Special Attack and Speed. He is now EV'd in both Special Attack and Speed.
I am lucky as hell.

    Did it have any egg moves, like Dark Pulse?

    Unfortunately not. Like an idiot, I completely forgot that Dark Pulse wasn't a TM move anymore, so I didn't go get a Seviper or Gyarados, I stuck with the Scrafty that was in the Day Care already. Right now, it's moveset is Surf, Flamethrower, Draco Meteor and Crunch, just because i want to use it to beat the Elite Four second time round. I'm still deciding on another moveset.
