Japan trip 2

Sitting in the hotel before breakfast, we had Italiano last night, which is a weird mix of proper Italiano and Japanese. The pizza came with Tabasco sauce for instance.
-------------
So I just ate breakfast because i got the phonecall telling me the rest of my family were ready long before I finished this.
The egg is a bit raw but otherwise is good.
I didn't mention in last nights post what we actually did yesterday because i didn't have the time.
So yesterday we went down to Kamakura, which is a temple city just south of Yokohama, we had soba for lunch and saw two different statues of Buddha, both over 15 metres tall.
We went to china town for desert, the most confusing thing about china town here is that the lettering doesn't change when you enter it, it's in Kanji on both sides of the border!
The name of our hotel is APA, which stands for "always pleasant amenities".
The plan for the this morning is to hit the gym, the guy we had dinner with last night owns a chain of gyms around Japan that is now entering the US (Golds Gym).
I need to pack up fairly soon because you really get an idea of how precious space is around here when you walk into a hotel room.
Another thing that strikes me is how wasteful they are with water, back home, it's almost as precious as gold, here, they run a tap over an umbrella onto the ground to show that the umbrella works, they do this all day!!!!!
this is pman, signing off till i get a chance to blog again.
