I think I know what this battle theme is used for.

It's the World Championship Battle Theme. I have two things that could be what this music is for.

1) The Battle Theme that plays when you go to the Pokemon World Championship and compete.

2) Sence Pokemon is going to have an event where 12 competiors, including World Champion Ray Rizzo, in the Pokemon World Tornament in-game. It might be when you battle one of these 12 competitors this battle theme plays.

What do you guys think?

    It's already been confirmed on where this plays. On Pokémon Black2 White2 Super Music Complete, it is named "Pokémon World Championships Finals". There's also videos on YouTube of some of the grand finals for the Pokémon VGC. This theme plays during, well, the VGC finals (and presumably when there's a Global Battle Union tournament going on, it plays on the finals match there as well).
    I'm not sure if they're going to put it in the Pokémon World Tournament's downloadable VGC Tour, though...
