If Pokémon Grey does get released (which I believe it will), I will play through it with the following rule in place:
- Only Water-type Pokémon may gain Exp. until after I have obtained 8 badges, at which point I will trade in my stronger Pokémon from Black.

Several trainers in Pokémon history have used Pokémon that are clearly hacked, whether they're underleveled or know moves they shouldn't. Here are the worst offenders.
It started in RBY. Lance's levels were fine... but his Dragonite knew Barrier, which it can't even learn. And in GSC, not only did his Aerodactyl have Rock Slide (which it couldn't learn at the time), he used THREE UNDERLEVELED DRAGONITE. Matters did not improve when he used a level 40 Dragonite

Round 1 - Pikachu vs Fraxure
Pikachu starts with Electro Ball, which hits Fraxure. Fraxure uses Dragon Dance, increasing its Attack and Speed. Pikachu uses Iron Tail which connects, but Fraxure hits Pikachu with Dragon Tail, forcing Ash's next Pokémon into the battle.
Round 2 - Dewott vs Fraxure
Dewott starts by using Razor Shell, which Fraxure dodges before using Dragon Dance again. This makes it so fast that Dewott can't hit it. Fraxure uses Dragon

Round 1 - Pignite vs Vanillish
Pignite starts with Ember which hits Vanillish. Vanillish uses Frost Breath which Pignite doesn't seem significantly hurt by. Pignite uses Flame Charge, but Vanillish dodges using Acid Armor to slip across the icy floor and brings Pignite down with Water Pulse.
Round 2 - Boldore vs Vanillish
Boldore uses Flash Cannon which lands a clean hit. Vanillish uses Acid Armor again, but this time Boldore uses Sandstorm. This sends

Round 1 - Dewott vs Swoobat
Swoobat descends to get closer to Dewott. Dewott uses Water Gun which is dodged by Swoobat, then jumps, but gets Heart Stamped. Swoobat uses Heart Stamp again, but this time Dewott runs up an antenna and backflips out of the way. Swoobat attacks with Charge Beam which Dewott seems hurt by, but dodges a few more Charge Beams and lands a hit with Water Gun. Swoobat uses Charge Beam again, but Dewott jumps off antennae, ends up above Swoobat, and finishes
