Seven days remaining.

One thing I'm excited for is the sheer variety of different Pokémon available so early in the game. I mean, geez. Riolu, Mareep, Psyduck, Elekid, Magby, and Growlithe all available before the second Gym? This is my kinda setup. Plus Eevee before the third Gym?

This is one of the first games where I'm legitimately having a tough time deciding which Pokémon I want to use. Anyone else feel the same?

    I was a bit confused when I heard heard about older Pokemon being available early, but I decided most of my team will be favorites from Unova that I haven't used with only one older Pokemon: Leafeon because of the early availability of Eevee plus the fact that I like Leafeon a lot.

    It took me ages to plan my team out currently, and I'm still having second thoughts. I've still got two weeks for any final tweaks though.

    Pssh. Ever since the Pokedex was leaked, I've been fine-tuning a team. I finally have a team of 13 Pokemon, each with written backstories, points of character development, which Gyms they'll be used in, and their interactions with each other. I have every type covered with these Pokemon.

    @Karamazov; LOL. I should do that, too. :P

    These are the ones I know for sure I'm using:
    Snivy
    Psyduck
    Mareep

    These are possibilities:
    Trapinch
    Growlithe
    Darumaka
    Sandile
    Riolu
    Espeon
    And many more...

    I suggest Riolu, since your current team seems to focus more on the special moves.

    Yeah. All I know is, these games probably have the best replay value of all of them.
