I've had that problem before. If possible, just tell your leader the problem you've encountered and say you can't play tonight. Either that or rush back to school as fast as you can. How far away is your school from your house?

No worries anymore, apparently my mom is picking it up on her way from her job :D My band leader would either tear me apart or fail me if I missed this, seeing as we've been practicing the songs since the beginning of the school year.
