I know this is random and a little ridiculous. But I was watching Ash vs. Gary in the Johto League and I noticed when Nidoqueen got K.O.'ed by Snorlax's Ice Punch it nailed her directly on um...her "chest"

Then in "A Tent Situation", when Gary appeared and Nidoqueen saved Ash, Oak and the others from TR. Meowth tried a Fury Swipes on her chest but it didn't work and Meowth was just hanging on her by her "armored bra" lol I don't know what to call it. ...

I’d say the quality of Pokemon Battles has really gone down since DP. Ash is just a hot mess because he isn’t pulling those strategies like he did in Sinnoh.

Battles like Excadrill vs. Beartic in their rematch, Pikachu vs. Leavanny or Tepig vs. Vanillite are prime examples of little to no strategy. These battles are rushed way too much ending in a draw or a win but only if the opponent takes like 3 moves in a row. I don’t like how a Pokemon can launch like 4 moves in a row ...

In Sinnoh, Professor Rowan is the one that gives out starter Pokemon to new trainers, but it seems like he did not give Paul his Turtwig. Some clues to this are in DP 003 when Paul is waiting for Ash outside of Rowan’s lab;

Rowan asks “Who are you?” and even after Paul introduces himself and that he was from Veilstone, Rowan doesn’t say anything it hints that the two of them have met before. Or could mean that’s it’s been sometime since Paul has been to the lab since he’s ...

If you ask me the new animated for Leaf Storm (LS) is being highly trumped to that of its newer weaker counterpart Leaf Tornado (LT). Don’t get me wrong LT is good because I like how Snivy and Servine use it in the anime. Bur really it looks like the old Leaf Storm except it traps the opponent in the cyclone and slams them into the ground.

I’m not saying that LT is stronger especially during the Trip vs Ash; Servine vs. Snivy when LT beat back LS. That’s probably because Servine ...

I just read about how the males do not warm up to anyone but their trainers (well that could be a trait that both the male and female have). It would be interesting to see if Trip has a male Tranquill, which imo he does I mean it would make sense because he has the only 2 type of Pokemon in this generation with gender differences (Pidove’s final form on Frillish).

I think the writers would give him and Ash opposite gender Pidove like Paul and Ash have Froslass and Glalie.
