I guess what comes to mind now is my video game wishlist of early this year (more to add when E3 comes to call)

-Pokémon White (DS)
-The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword (Wii)
-The Sims 3 (DS)
-The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D (3DS) (early game, will get 3DS much later after release)

Anyway, I believe to get 100% in Paper Mario, do the following:

-Get every badge, including the badges from that dog's shop in Toad Town and the ones only Peach can find in her segments.
-Defeat Kent C. Koopa.
-Defeat The Master 3 times and earn the Diploma.
-Defeat all 3 Bloopers in Toad Town Sewers.

And for what one needs to do to truly get 100% in Resident Evil 4 (PS2/Wii) and the rewards...

-Beat the main game once (alternate title screen, Ashley's pop singer outfit, Assignment Ada, Infinite Rocket Launcher for cleared main file, Leon's RPD outfit, Matilda weapon for cleared file, The Mercenaries, Movie Browser, Separate Ways)
-Beat Separate Ways (Ashley's knight outfit, Chicago Typewriter weapon for cleared main file, Leon's mafia outfit, Movie Browser for Separate Ways)
-Beat Assignment Ada (Chicago Typewriter weapon for cleared Separate Ways file)
-Get 5 stars for all characters in The Mercenaries (Handcannon weapon for cleared main file)
