Can't sleep...

Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping.

No matter how tired I am / when I go to bed, I always wake up early.

Today, I woke up around 3 or 4...
I've been waking up at 5 AM almost every day this week.

I forgot when it was, but it wasn't so long ago. I woke up at 1 AM after going to bed at 11.

I don't know what to do :/ I'm not getting enough sleep.

Note: I'm not drinking anything caffeinated.

    You should both try [herbal] Kalms tablets, just type that phrase into google or amazon. They can relieve stress or soothe you to sleep, they're great, I use them all the time :)

    I don't know what to say, except that it could be stress.

    I've had the opposite problem. I can't get to sleep before midnight-1 ever since I started college and can sleep until noon if I wanted to...not that I ever do. D:

    All I can say if that if you wake up, don't do anything and try to go right back to sleep.

    It's most likely caused by your mental state. If you're generally stressed or suffering from depression it can either make you very sleepy all the time or cause you to suffer from insomnia.
    If you wake up before you want too, just lye in bed and relax, eventually if you get tired enough you will fall asleep.

    If you continue to have problems, your doctor can prescribe sleeping pills.

    Going out on a limb, I've heard having a banana before you go to bed can help you sleep.

    Hope you don't eat apples before bed. I've heard that apples are more effective than caffeine. Seems to work too, cause when I'm about to fall asleep in a lecture, I grab an apple and take a bite, and I stay awake...
