The moderators and administrators felt that the attitude in the Hall of Shame wasn't really fitting with the rest of the forum, and what Bulbagarden is about generally. The Hall of Shame, in its original inception, was designed to be a place to look at the truly outrageous threads which cropped up. Over time, it's devolved into a place where some get laughs at the expense of others, and we don't feel that's right.
The forum is still going to stick around as a place to look at the really weird stuff that gets posted. However, you won't have a chance to comment anymore. Sorry, but we feel it's in everyone's best interests.
