I applaud Blazevoir for his effort in raising awareness of this issue.

But I fear the targets of that blog are a little too thick to grasp the sarcasm.

So allow me to put it clearly and bluntly:

STOP.

POSTING.

Just go ahead, who cares what anyone else thinks.

You think you're awesome, but everyone here hates you.

Why don't you just leave?

I don't think turning off the tags was too extreme, but I wish there were a way to do it without inconveniencing those who do use them.

Things I wish could be switched off just as easily:

- Just the idiotic blog tags.
- Just the idiotic blogs.
- Just the idiotic users.
- Just the blogs with butthurt.
- Just the blogs with bitching.
- Just the blogs with whining.
- Just the blogs with "A boo hoo hoo waah waah waah mommy ...
