  1. Natural Rights?

    by , 19th January 2012 at 12:18 AM
    How do I explain this....
The Constitution is like, a limiting agent. It is said to GIVE me rights. But who says I need to be given rights? I was born with natural right to do whatever I can possibly do, wherever, whenever. However, the Constitution 'guarantees' a set of rights, thus limiting me to this set. Once I am signed as a citizen of the USA, I lose my natural rights, and now I have this limited group of rights.
