The first Professor we were introduced to is Oak, and he average-looking. Elm was messy. Birch was very unorganised. Rowan was very neat and formal. And the trend reset itself with Juniper, who was a normal, average Professor. Therefore, my random guessing leads me to the conclusion that we will get another female Professor, though she will be messy. This is, of course, not taking into account the other Professors, such as Cozmo, Fennel, Cedric Juniper... etc. ...
The new Water Gym Leader is Crasher Wake's son, obviously. Come on guys, it all fits. Crasher Wake is a Water Gym Leader. So is the new guy. Crasher Wake is not from Sinnoh. Unova is not Sinnoh.
