Tophat Dragoneye

No offense to any Russian readers, but just yesterday, a captain from Russia almost managed to ram the coast with his coaster in his drunken state, with his blood alcohol level being a whooping 2.72 Blood Alcohol Level! They had to take a blood sample instead of using the usual breathalyser since he couldn't breathe properly in his drunken state.

This isn't first time this is happening with Russian captains here in Denmark and probably not the last time either. We've had risks of coasters crashing into bridges and even other ships! But why are they doing that anyway, especially since they'll risk getting banned from entering Danish territory ever again, thus possibly ruining their career? At least that's what might happen to the captain from yesterday...
