Why? Well, spam mails usually have a link to some sort of website that wants you to give them some money. Aside from the horrible grammar that would make a grammar nazi require first aid, this one didn't have a link at all.

And the location I spawn in happens to be an island! Not exactly the best start, but at least there was a single tree on the island I could make use of to make some tools and plant more trees. As for any nearby lands... well... Let's just say that I feel just like Robinson Crusoe at the moment.

I don't have the game yet, but after seeing several videos of gameplay and how creative you can be in them, I'm actually keen to try it myself. Another reason is because the game is in Java along with the various mods available. And since I've learned to program in Java, I could perhaps create my own mod at some point (creative part of my head going into overdrive).
