Don't do it. It's just frustrating and confusing.
And yet it's what I spent the last couple days doing on Twitter. :V
Basically, I was discussing with sato-san (a prolific doujinshi artist who is fairly well-represented in my doujinshi collection) about an unauthorized redistribution of one of her fanarts that I had seen. (If you're interested in the conversation leading up to this, you can find it here.) And from there we got onto the subject of shipping names.
This is what I found in the mail today.
YAY IT'S HERE. I've been both looking forward to and dreading this anthology.

Dreading it because my contribution is bound to look like absolute shit compared to the others.

I absolutely will not scan any of these doujinshi in their entirety. These artists put so much time and effort into these books, for zero to negative profit, and I refuse to take advantage of their hard work in such a way. I will immediately turn down and laugh at any requests to scan any of these books in their entirety.

A loooong time ago - like over a year ago - some people (I can't even remember who it was) showed interest in my Pokemon doujinshi collection, so I decided to make a list of them along with summaries and all that fun stuff.
And now I've finally gotten around to it! They're all listed in a completely arbitrary order using publish date as a base!

I think most people who would care to actually read a blog by me are already aware of this issue, but I feel like writing this all down anyway.
The other day I felt like reading some My Boss My Hero fanfiction. (MBMH, for the record, is an awesome J-drama and I highly recommend it. But this blog doesn't have anything to do with MBMH.) I installed an app for browsing fanfiction.net onto my iPad because I knew that I'd never be bothered to browse the hellhole otherwise.
